Blurb Day

For those of you waiting ever so patiently for me to post the final two hours of the day...your wait continues (but not for much longer...I promise).

Over the last few days I stumbled across a few little blurbs of information that I feel the need to share...

+ With the new season of Entourage set to begin Sunday night on HBO, CNN has a cool article on super agent Ari Gold. I for one can't wait for the new season to arrive.

+ From TV Guide.online (thank you!!) - the latest and greatest about the proposed 24 movie!! -

Twentieth Century Fox has closed a deal with 24 creators Joel Surnow and Robert Cochran, as well as show-runner Howard Gordon, to turn the Fox nail-biter into a feature film. Under the agreement, Surnow and Cochran will pen the screenplay, with contributions from Gordon, and all three will produce the pic with Imagine's Brian Grazer. Thus far, no 24 cast members, Kiefer Sutherland included, have inked their own deals, but work on the script is expected to begin late this summer, with an eye on a spring/summer 2007 start date, during the TV series' hiatus. With the real-time aspect abandoned for the feature, globe-trotting for Jack et al is said to be a priority for the hush-hush plot.

+ I had to share a simply AMAZING article/commentary by CNN's Lou Dobbs on the recently proposed, debated and soundly defeated gay marriage amendment. It does a great job of cutting through the obvious political bullshit and challenging Congress to deal with the real issues affecting this country. My praise can't do it proper justice.
